We're looking for freelancers to join our content creator pool

Join our freelancer pool! We’re looking for content creators and graphic designers to craft effective creatives for organic and paid social (see our Instagram page here!), to help us scale our impact towards our mission to make flight-free travel mainstream.

We're open to a range of skills within content creation. Whether you’re a junior graphic designer looking for a short project during spare time at university or a seasoned pro at filming compelling reels - we'd love to hear from you!

Projects/briefs will be announced via email if you’re added to our freelancer pool, and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, or based on the suitability of specific skills.

Most projects will be around 4-8 hours of work and be simple design tasks (for example, creating variations of ads from a template). There may be opportunities for larger projects that would be contracted more as a day rate or package (for example, long-form videos for a specific campaign or product launch). We will also be open to pitches from you (e.g. if you’re going on a flight-free trip and want to create some content, we’d love to accommodate this!). Project listings will vary from month to month, based on creative needs.

What you'll be doing

The briefs range from using existing Figma templates to insert images and update copy through to editing/filming new videos and designing graphics. Different briefs will suit various skill levels.

If your work and experience is a fit, we'll set up a 20-minute call with Lucy (Creative Lead), to talk more about the role and your skillset. If all that goes well, we’ll contract you into our freelancer pool and let you know about available hours/projects as they arise via email.
