We are looking for a Digital Ads Freelancer
We are looking for a meticulous, action-oriented freelance digital ads executive to help scale our paid media operations. You will manage the daily execution of our ad buys across multiple platforms, making sure our campaigns are technically sound and optimised for growth.
Reporting to the Head of Paid Growth, you will be the engine room of our through-funnel marketing strategy. Your work will directly support our 2026 goal of scaling international markets and diversifying our channel mix beyond search into YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest.

Your key responsibilities
Execute and traffic campaigns: Set up and launch ad buys across Google, Meta, Bing, and emerging channels like YouTube and TikTok.
Creative management: Upload and oversee a high volume of creatives, supporting our video-first approach and quarterly thematic refreshes.
Performance hygiene: Proactively manage negative keyword lists and audience exclusions to maintain maximum efficiency and ROAS.
Experimentation support: Help traffic rapid-test campaigns in new international markets, including Australia and local-language European markets.
Tracking and data: Verify that all tracking parameters and pixels are implemented correctly to maintain data quality.
Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with the creative and content teams to confirm ad formats and assets are delivered and implemented correctly.
What we’re looking for
Technical expertise: Proven experience hands-on within Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other major ad platforms.
Attention to detail: An eagle eye for detail, ensuring zero errors in budget pacing, targeting, or creative implementation.
Pace and agility: Comfort working in a fast-growing business where we move fast and iterate based on real-time data.
Analytical mindset: A basic understanding of marketing funnels and a drive to improve ROI through technical optimisation.
Collaborative spirit: A connector who can work across teams to keep our high-volume production machine moving.
What we offer
Day rate depending on experience, starting at £18p/h
Remote working: Work from wherever you like, as long as you can video call with our London-based team when needed.
